Add function key binding for F13-F24 (Stream Deck)

Stream Deck gives users access to function F1-F24 keys to use as key bindings but when I tried to use anything in the extended range the key binding didn't stick. Can we add support for those additional function keys since they don't clash with other key bindings user's may have?
