A Plugin like in Soundtrack by Twitch that seperates the music for VODs so that you can no longer hear the music in VOD files but when you're live

That is for one not something that Pretzel can even implement in the first place because it's on the streaming software to do that, and secondly already possible in OBS. Check the Twitch VOD track option and/or ask on the OBS discord if you don't know how to configure it.
