Provide an API (or some hook) for OBS scripts to control the desktop player

Sometimes for streamers that don't have easy access to the desktop/keyboard (e.g. VR streamers like myself), controlling the music stream/station from an OBS script tied to a scene change or hotkey would make life a *lot* easier and would improve the viewer experience (as opposed to them hearing me bumble around with OVRToolkit to manipulate the desktop player in a projected window in VR while attempting to transition scenes).
