UI: Clearer Indication Of Filter Location and On/Off Status

Due to the number of comments regarding muting when streaming/uploading to Youtube noticed in the Discord made this suggestion.

The suggestion is to make it clearer as to where the filters are and an indication on if they are on/off.

For this, I suggest the following approach

• Add a "Filter" heading to the left side buttons. This should draw the user towards that area and potentially hover over the buttons, seeing the alt text
• On/Off text underneath the buttons as well as the green highlight (When turned on) should give a clearer overview to the user what is activated and what isn't.

The old UI had a big "You're not in YouTube Mode" box in the middle of the screen with the option to enable it right away. I'm sorry to say, but if people were missing that, I'm not sure anything else would help.

That said, the most recent UI update pretty much fills these suggestions.
