Ability To Toggle Off NumPad Hot Keys

Currently, the Player has Multiple Keys on the Number Pad as Hot Keys and there is no way to disable this. I use the Number Pad as other Hot Keys for my Set Up and Games.
All I'm requesting is a Toggle that can disable the Number Pad Hot Keys
