Separate hotkeys for Play/Pause

The ability to set custom hotkey bindings is great, but it would be super useful if I could set individual bindings for Play and Pause. This would work allow various deck, macro, and other automation software to (for example) play when switching to certain scenes in OBS and pause when switching to others, without that software having to be able to know the current playback state.

I actually came across this earlier too, since auto play is not a thing in the new version atm I've set 'play' to be the same macro in VB as my start scene in OBS, however, if either of us accidentally knock that button on the macro pad or with the mouse it will then pause the music. Since we don't actually listen to the pretzel music when we stream this could pause the music and we wouldn't notice it without checking.
