Lock output volume

Is it possible to add an option for a fixed output volume that never changes and you can just set it by number, thereby disabling the volume slider. I send pretzel music to the stream but we never listen to it ourselves, we simply have it playing quietly in the background. There is never a need for us to change volume and it would be much more convenient for us to be able to set the volume by number not slider and have it locked at that permanently. Probably not a popular request but it would be a great addition for us. Thanks.
