I'd love to have more options to delay the chat announcement to steamers who use stream delays.

I stream a lot of competitive scrims and use delays of 3-5 minuets. I'd love to have the option to get the chat announcement to be delayed up to 360 seconds (or longer) so that it lines up with the song that viewers are hearing.
