Virtual Audio Output
I would love it if it is at all possible ( I am not sure it is) if you could somehow set a virtual output as the output which could then be used in OBS to allow you to control the volume in there. I currently set my Pretzel to output to a non-used or muted output and monitor it only allowing me to control the music volume independently inside OBS. The reason why I have been doing this is if I just output to the desktop while I have been using the old standalone version I would have to set pretzel to 3-4% which for some songs was not as fine-grained as I would have liked. I just play the music mostly softly in the background too.

onyxCouldn't you install a free virtual audio cable? Then you can send to OBS and not listen to it yourself.

Bubbles_BrainsAgreed 110%.. .using the volume control in PR in standalone mode is "Touchy" right now. .Your Idea would add greater control in Streaming PR. ""BUT!"" When Using PR for Streaming I've found using 'Windows10 Volume Mixer'(right click on taskbar speaker)... .instead of the Pretzel Volume control is a Better/Precise way of Adjusting the Volume inside an OBS/SLOBS. (you can even add 'Window10 Volume Mixer' into Stream Deck for ease of Access)

TaruliaThis is not something that is possible from a software's side.
Creating a virtual output means installing an audio driver that creates that virtual audio device, this cannot be done on the fly. There are free solutions to do this, namely VB Cable or - if you need something more advanced - VoiceMeeter (in various flavours) from the same author.
That said, if you are already using a muted physical audio device, that has essentially the same effect.
