Last FM integration

The song ticker i use is the one by AC pixel and its bloody lovely, works with last FM scrobbling so i would love to see last fm support is possible so i can keep using my lovely overlay

I see it's already planned, was also looking because I've got bot commands that use Last.fm to tell people the name, artist, or even link for the current AND previously played song, would be nice to integrate.
